At divain® USA, we want you to find your perfect scent with complete confidence. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure the perfume bottle is at least 95% full and remains in its original packaging with the security seal intact for a valid return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our beauty support team via the returns portal with your order number and email address to receive your prepaid return shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box and attach the provided shipping label before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
